BEST DAY IN MY LIFE
Christmas day, Taranaki, N.Z. Drove to the beach in a borrowed Scooby- Doo WRX, then sailed all day in Cross-off mast-high perfection.
Finished it by chilling on the beach with my wife drinking champagne and stuffing our faces with Christmas food.

BEST DAY POSSIBLE
The best days are the ones that you are not expecting, it turns out to be super windy, the swell just picks up and the conditions get better and better, and every move just happens without thinking about it.

BEST 'VACATION
4 month honeymoon travelling around the world, Japan, Oz, NZ, Maui, USA. Windsurfing in every location :)

FAVOURITE MUSIC Anything from R&B/Hip Hop to chill out groves, bit
of rock but no heavy metal, depends on the mood or whether driving to the beach or away from it !

HIGHLIGHTS OF MY CAREER
So many it's hard to list them all.
20 National titles and counting in all disciplines over the years.
Sailing against Robby Naish in the first ever heat of the first ever PWA Ireland event. I could not have asked for a better draw!
Indoor event in London was a blast too, something I always wanted to do !

SPORT TARGETS Helping to develop the sport in Ireland, promoting Irish windsurfing and putting Ireland on the map, and inspiring more Irish sailors to compete Internationally, and coaching them to push their limits beyond what the ever though would be possible.

THE FUTURE: Play hard and windsurf for the rest of my life.
