- At 2600 metres above sea level, over 100 riders took part in the Red Bull Los Andes at the Cordillera for a grueling 30km test of endurance. Enduro world champion, Cyril Despres, charged home to victory but was hotly pursued by Chilean riders Nicolas Urrutia and Francisco 'Chaleco' Lopez.
