A crowd of 170,000 fans in the centre of Madrid and 16 of the best Spanish freestyle MCs made the final of Red Bull Batalla de los Gallos ('Battle of the Roosters'), a freestyle hip-hop battle royal between the Spanish language's top rappers, one of the Spanish capital's biggest events of the year. The rooster fight of fast tongues ended with 15-year-old MC Arkano proving he had the best plumage by beating MC Mowlihawk in the final reckoning.
